Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe line, Air Jordan 1 which debuted in 1985 still remains to be the fan’s no. 1 silhouette of all time. While a number of new futuristic designs are in the lineup for the year 2023, the classics are not going away anytime soon.
After the very successful yet controversial release of Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” Lost and Found, another model is all set to be resurrected by Nike and Jordan brands. Following the reimagined series, the “Black Toe” colorway of Air Jordan 1 is expected to drop soon.
Paying homage to MJ’s time with Chicago Bulls, the silhouette features a red, black and white color palette. A white upper features black overlays and Swoosh. With a red collar and heel, the design finishes off with a sail midsole atop a red rubber outsole. The black padded collar is expected to have cracked leather to give the pair an aged look. As seen on the AJ1 Chicago reimagined “Lost and Found“.
